Whether for belt pulleys, spring retaining cups or air-conditioning system pulleys: the VBA series produces split-disc and collapse-method pulleys, optionally with one or two slots, vibration dampers and multi-slot and ribbed poly-V pulleys. You can choose from eight variants of this series, with up to 600 kN tailstock thrust force and up to sixteen forming rollers.
The vertical turning system VDV, which preturns the rounds and thus assures optimum tolerances, is the ideal partner for this series of machines.
