The VUD is a special machine for research and development. It combines an incredible variety of chipless forming technologies and thus offers the customer countless application possibilities. The machineseries for all purposes & universal parts is subject to continuous further development.
We offer special metal forming solutions with which complex external gears can be produced without cutting or with which the insertion angle of the rollers can even be changed during the program run.
Of particular note is the ability to form materials at up to 1,000C° and in the absence of oxygen.
